Veteran of Central Michel Richard, Proof, Cashion's Eat Place, and Fiola, Chef Walker got started washing dishes in a crab shack in Bel Air, MD, at the age of 15. Many years and many restaurants later, he attended L'Academie de Cuisine (Gaithersburg). He likes to make friends with farmers and respect cultural culinary traditions.
